Age: 17 to 21 years as of March 20, 2025.

Experience: No prior experience is required.

Gender: Only male candidates can apply.

Quota: Preferably local candidates (specific provincial quota not mentioned).

Domicile: Must be a Pakistani citizen (local preference).

Skills: Basic knowledge of science and mathematics; willingness to undergo technical training.

Payment of Stipend During Training:

• 1st Semester (4 months): Rs. 12,184 per month
• 2nd Semester (5 months): Rs. 15,230 per month

Terms & Conditions:

• Affidavit: Selected candidates must submit a Rs. 100/- stamp paper affidavit, signed by a surety.
• Employment: Jobs may be offered based on WIL’s requirements (not guaranteed).
• Bond Deed: Must serve for 6 years; early exit requires full training cost refund + Rs. 50,000 penalty.
