- Online Application: Candidates applying for BPS-05 and above must apply online through AIOU Job Portal. No hard copies are accepted for these positions.
- Submission for BPS-02: Candidates applying for BPS-02 should submit a hard copy of the application along with a paid fee challan.
- Original Documents: At the time of the interview, candidates must bring original certificates and the paid fee challan for verification.
- Final Information: Details provided in the online form will be treated as final; subsequent claims will not be accepted.
- Government Employees: Applicants already working in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through proper channels with a NOC.
- Post Adjustment: AIOU reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or not fill any position without explanation.
- Quota: Candidates selected under provincial quotas can be posted to any AIOU regional center within that province.
- Age Relaxation: Maximum age limits may be relaxed as per government rules.
- Applications that are incomplete or received late will not be considered.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test/interview.
- TA/DA will not be permitted for the test/interview.
