University Of Baltistan or Baltistan University (UOBS) (Urdu: جامعہ بلتستان سکردو; Balti: ༑། ཡུ་ནི་ཝྲ་སིཊི་ ཨཕ་ སྦལ་ཏིས་ཏན །༑།) is an international level university in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. It was established in 2017 with a charter by the Federal Government of Pakistan, to improve access to higher education for the people of Gilgit-Baltistan.

ORSecond division Master’s Degree or BS (16 years of education) preferably in Quality Management/ Management Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Sciences or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and five years post qualification administrative experience in a public or private Institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission or public sector organization. | 25-45 |
