| National Technical Advisor (National Reference Lab) | MBBS with Master in Public Health. Additional post qualification certification or diploma in Pathology shall be Preferred. Minimum 10 years Post qualification working experience in Public Health including 3 years in the field of clinical Pathology / Microbiology/ Public Health laboratories. Sound knowledge of WHO recommended strategies for diagnosis of TB and drug resistance and molecular technologies used for drug resistance and surveillance. Candidates with good analytical skills (SPSS, Advance Exel, STATA etc) will be asset. Max Age 55 years. |

| PPM Coordinator | MBBS with post-graduation in Public Health from HEC recognized university. Minimum 5 Years working experience in Public Health Programs with 2 years working experience on a Managerial role. Experience in planning Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Public Health Programs in Public or Private Sector is required. Experience of Implementation of key intervention in public private mix especially for TB care will be preferred. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Sound knowledge of WHO and National strategies and guideline for TB prevention care and control is required. Familiarity of ongoing intervention in private sector, surveillance networks, data analysis, and interpretation of key performance indicator. | Manager Procurement | Master’s degree in Pharmacy is required. Master’s degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, with solid experience in health products procurement (5 years or more) for HIV/TB/Mal programmes can be considered in lieu of a pharmacy degree. Previous experience with Global Fund supported programmes is an asset. Minimum of ten (10) years progressive working experience in procurement of which at least (5) shall be in a health sector, within a national programme or ministry of health or a large non-profit Organization. At least five (05) years working experience of managing a procurement team with at least two (02) Procurement Officers or procurement associate. Excellent knowledge of laws affecting procurements, contracts, Incoterms, supplier management, and different procurement methods and sourcing techniques. Excellent experience and knowledge of PPRA Rules; knowledge of Global Fund’s procurement principles, QA policies or procurement manual of other international organizations (specially United Nations Procurement Rules) is an asset. | Manager Supply Chain | Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from recognized and reputable University plus Master’s Degree in either Pharmacy, Business Administration, M. Phil, Procurement, Supply chain Management commerce, Economics. Candidates with Honors bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with extended relevant working experience of over 10 years shall be considered. At least 6 years working experience in the health Sector, mainly managing Pharmaceutical and Health products. Knowledge in forecasting and qualification for pharmaceutical and health products. Skills in Local and international Procurements practices, clearing & forwarding, warehousing and distribution; Experience working in TB, HIV/AIDs & Malaria programs / Projects from reputable local or International organizations. | Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist – HIV/AIDS | Degree of B. Pharmacy/PharmD combined with Master’s Degree in pharmacy/ public health/procurement/supply chain management /logistics management/ business administration / public administration. Specialized certificate training in procurement, supply chain management, logistics management in health sector is an added advantage. Minimum of five (5) years working experience in logistics, supply chain management or warehouse operations of medicines and health product in health sector organization; Max Age 50 years. |
| Project Manager – HIV/ AIDS | MBBS with Masters in Public Health from recognized university. Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in public health related projects. 2 years’ experience in implementing and managing donor funded health projects. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management abilities with analytical, problem-solving skills is required. Post qualification experience of 5 years with minimum of 8 years’ experience in public health sector organization and at least 3 years at managerial level. | Audit Specialist – Procurement & Supply Chain | Masters Degree in Procurement, supply chain management or a member of recognized body of professional accountants. Minimum 08 years of working experience in Procurement & Supply Chain management with at least 3 years at managerial level. Experience of working with public health sector, health based INGO, Global Fund / United Nations funded program(s), vertical AIDS, TB & Malaria Program will be preferred. Prior experience of overseeing/auditing PSM activities (e.g. as an auditor/internal control department) Prior experience of assessing procurement functions of a large organization, as a member of different team (other than PSM team) or another organization (e.g. consulting company, TA provider)Experience of working in public health programs.
