General Terms and Conditions

  • These posts are purely contractual and will be filled on open merit basis.
  • The initial contract period is 24 months, extendable on requirement basis.
  • The selected candidates will receive a lump-sum monthly package depending on domain skills and relevant experience.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test or interview.
  • Shortlisted candidates must present original documents duly attested by HEC at the time of interview.
  • Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
  • NDMA management may increase or decrease the number of posts.
  • NDMA may reject any or all applications or cancel the partial or whole recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
  • Selected candidates will be required to serve for a minimum period of 18 months as a departmental mandatory requirement.
