Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2/3 technical support for end users, devices, and business applications.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, and Exchange Online.
• Manage endpoint deployment, security, compliance, and device lifecycle using Microsoft Intune.
• Support virtualization, VDI platforms, backups, disaster recovery, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, hardware lifecycle, and warranty management.
• Ensure SLA-driven service delivery, documentation, cybersecurity compliance, and adherence to HSE standards.
• Contribute to enterprise IT projects and Microsoft 365 initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
