01 Application Review

Once your application is submitted, it is reviewed by our HR or relevant departmental team. We assess your qualifications, experience, and alignment with AssanPay’s mission to simplify digital payments. Timeline: Shortlisted candidates are typically contacted within 3–5 business days

02 Initial Screening Call

Selected candidates are invited to a 15–20 minute screening call. This discussion helps us understand your professional background and career objectives while allowing you to learn more about the role and the organization.

03 Skills Assessment / Portfolio Evaluation

For certain roles – particularly in Technology, Design, or Content a task or portfolio review may be required. Note: Any assessment is limited in scope and used strictly for evaluation purposes

04 Technical & Behavioral Interview

You will meet with the hiring manager and, where applicable, a team member. This interview focuses on technical competencies, problem-solving skills, and work approach. Format: Typically conducted on-site at our Karachi office

05 Cultural Alignment Discussion

A final discussion with senior leadership ensures alignment with AssanPay’s core values: Trust, accessibility, and flexibility.

06 Offer & Verification

Successful candidates receive a formal offer. As a fintech organization, AssanPay conducts standard reference and background checks. Our team will guide you through compensation, benefits, and career growth details.

07 Onboarding

On your first day, you will be introduced to the team, briefed on key products and processes, and assigned a team member to support your onboarding.

08 Probation & Performance Evaluation

All new hires at AssanPay are placed under a three-month probation period. During this time, the employee’s performance, adaptability, and overall contribution are closely evaluated against role-specific expectations.

Based on satisfactory performance and demonstrated progress, the employee will be confirmed
as a permanent team member at the end of the probation period. In cases where a candidate demonstrates exceptional performance and accelerated growth, the probation period may be reduced to one or two months, at the company’s discretion.

If, however, no meaningful improvement or alignment with role requirements is observed during the probation period, AssanPay reserves the right to discontinue employment in accordance
with company policy.
