National Engineering & Scientific Commission
The National Engineering & Scientific Commission (NESCOM) (Urdu: قومی ماموریت برائے مہندسی و سائنسی علوم) is a Pakistani government-funded defense contractor that develops, designs and sells defense hardware, including missile and weapon systems.[1] It was funded and formed by the Government of Pakistan to develop its domestic production of weapon system.

National Engineering & Scientific Commission (NESCOM) was formed in 2000 by amalgamating the National Development Complex, Air Weapons Complex, Maritime Technologies Complex and the Project Management Organization.

In the early 2000s, NESCOM rapidly achieved several firsts. Among them, was the development of the Shaheen family of missiles, the Babur ground-launched cruise missile and the Ra’ad air-launched cruise missile.

Assistant Manager (IT-Software)

a) BE / BSc (Engg) Computer/IT (1^st Div)
b) BCS/BIT/BSE (04 Years Degree) (1^st Div) or equivalent
c) MCS / MIT (1^st Div) after 02 years of Bachelor Degree
d) MCS after 04 year BCS/MSc Engg (Computer /IT) (1^st Div)

Assistant Manager (Electrical)

a) BE / BSc (Engg) in the relevant field with 1^st Div
b) MS / MSc (Engg) in the relevant field with 1^st Div

Tech-III (Electrical)

a) Matric with Science minimum 2nd Div with at least 50% marks.
b) Matric with Science minimum 2nd Div with at least 50% marks. with 01 year technical course (technical / drafting)

2. The organization reserves the right to withdraw / cancel vacancies at any time or to reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason. 3. Where the last degree is First division, only one Second division from Matric onward is acceptable for eligibility. Candidates having Third division in academic career will not be eligible.
4. First Class / 1st Division means CGPA 2.5/4.00 for semester system or minimum 60% marks for annual system of examination.
5. Post qualification experience means, the experience gained after date of attaining the required qualification till the closing date of advertisement.
6. Maximum age limit on closing date of advertisement is 35 years. However relaxation in age limit to government serving / retired employees will be granted as per rules.
7. Candidates already serving in government / semi government organizations who meet the criteria must apply through proper channel.
8. Degrees / Certificates should only be from universities / institutions as recognized by the PEC and HEC where applicable.

10. Only Pakistani nationality holders are eligible to apply. Dual nationality (self / spouse) are not eligible.

12. Selection of candidates will be made on provisional basis and joining will be subject to complete Security Clearance and Medical Fitness.
13. Academic Certificates / Degrees will be verified from the issuing authorities.
14. No TA/DA will be admissible for test / interview.
