The Karachi Port Trust is a Pakistani federal government agency that oversees the operations of the port located in Karachi. The KPT headquarters are located in one of Pakistan’s most historic and significant buildings – the Karachi Port Trust Building, built during British rule.
Rephrase The Karachi Harbor Board managed Karachi’s port between 1880 and 1887. The Karachi Port Trust existed in 1886 following an Act passed by the British Parliament.

| Officer In-charge (BPS-18) | Graduale, Certificate of Competency (Deck Officer) Class/Bridge Watch Keeping Certificate from Pak Navy an Officer on Merchant Ships of Nautical Branch for at Least 03 years or 03 years sea service on board Naval ships as Bridge Safety / Security officer on board Naval/Merchant Ships |

Vacancies are distributed against Merit, Punjab, Sindh Rural, Sindh Urban, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and AJK Quotas. 10% for women, 5% for minorities, and 2% for disabled persons will be observed.

- KPT Jobs 2025 Allowances as admissible under KPT Rules.
- Age relaxation to other categories as per Government instruction will also be applicable.
- All posts are on contract for a period of 3 years (extendable).
- 10% for woman, 5% for minorities and 2% for disabled persons will be observed. Candidates for disabled quota shall have to submit a registration certificate (as disabled citizen) granted by Federal / Provincial Government.
- Government servants shall be required to produce NOC and apply through proper channel.
- Incomplete application & application received after due date will not be entertained.
