TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the shortlisting committee constituted for the purpose, and if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified.
2. All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the create profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
3. Candidates qualifying the written test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
4. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date for receipt of applications.
5. Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date shall not be entertained.
6. Unclaimed qualifications will not be accepted.
7. Applications from candidates who provide incorrect information while completing the online application form will not only be rejected but may also be subject to legal action.
8. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for an interview.
9. Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
10. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased.
11. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any application by providing a cogent reason.
12. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
13. In case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from HEC must be provided.
