Education
Candidates possessing foreign qualifications such as O-Level and A-Level etc will be required to obtain equivalance certificate and conversion of marks from inter board committee of chairman(IBCC), ministry of education, Islamabad and attach it with application form.
Candidates who have passed FSc Part-I examaination with minimum 50% marks and appeared in FSc Part-II/ Final examination can also apply on ‘Hope Certificate’ by the Head of the Institution. Such Candidates must deposit an attested copy of FSc Part-II certificate/ mark sheets to Personnel Administration Directorate(PA-3C) GHQ Rawalpindi within 5 days of announcement of result, otherwise their selection will not be processed further.

Registration through Internet.Candidates can register on website www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk.Individuals have to visit the website for exam slip after succesfully registering him self, normally it take 5 to 7 working days for generation of exam slip. Candidates will report on exact date and time given for preliminary test on computerized roll no slip. Date once given will not be changed. Candidates will also bring along documents (as per the list mentioned in advertisement). Candidates MUST attain working knowledge of computer as registration and tests will be conducted on computers.
Fee is required to be deposited in NBP GHQ Branch (IBAN Number:-PK46NBPA0330004256466227) with title as ‘Registration and Examination Fee Personnel Administration Directorate’. Candidates will bring these documents on the day of test as well.
Preliminary Tests (including Written/ Intelligence/ Personality). ► Written/Intelligence tests will be based on multiple choice questions(MCQs) from English, Biology, Physics and Chemistry. The candidates declared successful in written/intelligence tests will undergo medical tests at Army Selection and Recruitment Centres (AS&RCs). ►Preliminary Medical Test:Initial medical test at Army Selection and Recruitment Centres (ASRCs)
Overseas Candidates (Pakistani Nationals) Overseas Candidates can apply at nearest Consulate General of Pakistan. Defence attache will forward the applications of suitable candidates to PA Directorate as Overseas. PA Directorate will intimate the date and time of preleminary test closer to ISSb test / GHQ Selection Board. Candidates will report on exact date and time given for preleminary tests at nomincated AS&RCs. Date once given will not be changed. Candidates will also bring along documents mentioned in advertisment. Candidates must attain working knowledge of computer, as registration and tests will be conducted on computers. No TA/DA will be admissable.
