• Publications: 15 total, 5 in the last 5 years.

Associate Professor:

• Qualification: PhD in relevant field.
• Experience: 6 years post-PhD or 10 years total with 4 years post-PhD; 5 years as Assistant Professor.
• Publications: 10 total, 5 in the last 5 years.

Assistant Professor:

• Qualification: PhD in relevant field.

Lecturer:

• Qualification: MS in relevant field.

Lab Demonstrator:

• Qualification: MS in relevant field.

Warden/Assistant Warden – Boys Hostel:

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years education).
• Experience: 3 years for Warden, 1 year for Assistant Warden in hostel/student management.
• Skills: Understanding of hostel rules, student welfare, and commitment to safety.
