How to Apply for CGA Jobs 2023? آپلائی کرنے کا طریقہ

1. Apply Online at National Job Portal NJP at www.njp.gov.pk.
2. Print of system-generated application along with two recent passport-size photographs, copies of CNIC, and educational documents, as well as Pay Order of Rs. 500/- should be sent to the Accounts Officer/Admn, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office, Lahore.
3. However, Online Forms are also accepted at National Job Portal  at www.njp.gov.pk, but the form and documents may be mailed to the offices for scrutiny before closing date.
4. Only shortlisted/eligible applicants will be called for test/interview.
5. Five years general age relaxation as per rules will be admissible.
6. Applicant already in government service should apply through proper channel.
7. Applicant may apply for more than one post by submitting separate Application Form for each post in each office.
8. Applicant shortlisted for test/interview shall present his/her original documents along with set of attested copies/degrees/certificates etc. issued by HEC/recognized Boards/ Universities/Institutes at the time of interview.
9. Information provided in the Application Form will be verified and in case of any false or forged information and fake or bogus documents, the Department of Controller General of Accounts reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage.
10. The Department of Controller General of Accounts reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole, increase/ decrease the number of posts.
11. Name of the post must be mentioned on envelope.
12. No TADA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview.
13. Applications, incomplete or received after the expiry date will not be entertained.
14. The selected candidate may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
15. The closing date of availability of the Online Application Form is May 21, 2023.
