Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification Candidate should have B.Sc. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree from HEC
recognized university. Master degree holder shall be given added advantage.
Engineering Degree must be attested / recognized by Pakistan Engineering Council
(PEC).
Experience At least 8 years of experience in operation and maintenance of Hydel power Plants
including testing / commissioning / installation. Should have experience of power
purchase agreement, tariff determination, dealing with Power Purchaser and other
government agencies. Willing to travel to all associated power plants and ensure
timely periodic reporting to head office.

Job Title Deputy Manager Civil
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification The candidate should hold a minimum of a Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering. A
master’s degree in the relevant field of Engineering from HEC recognized university
will an additive advantage.
Experience Candidate must possess a demonstrated total of 8 years of experience as under:
Overall, 8 years’ experience in the field of civil engineering with at least 04
years’ experience in hydropower construction development & generation.
Possess expertise in project management, preparation of scope of works about
construction/rehabilitation works of Civil Structures at Power Plants and allied
infrastructures.
Must be a hands-on experience to prepare the tender documents about
construction/rehabilitation works of Civil Structures at Power Complex.
To prepare a detailed budget breakdown of all costs and expenses to be
associated with the unscheduled major repair of the Civil & Hydraulic Structure
and its Technical Sanction from the concerned Authority.
Must be familiar with civil construction design, construction methodology and
applicable codes and MRS Rate System.
Having an understanding of the Irrigation Canal Operations / SOPs / Operation
of Spillway gates & its regulation.

Job Title Resident Engineer
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification Candidate should hold a minimum of Graduate degree in Electrical, Electronics,
Mechanical, Hydropower Engineering, from HEC recognized Institute. A Master’s
degree in the relevant field of Engineering University will be an added advantage.
Experience Candidate must possess demonstrated experience of as under:
a) Overall, 8 years’ experience in the respective field of engineering with at
least 04 years’ experience of the O&M of hydropower plants,
b) Thorough knowledge of power plant equipment and principles of plant
operations. and maintenance during commercial operation and to oversee
power generation/optimization from hydropower plant.
c) Possess knowledge of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities of
the hydropower project and submission of test protocol & test reports to
higher office and other concerned entities including construction,
development & generation of Hydro Power Projects.
d) Having knowledge of Inventory control and management system for spare
parts, consumables, and tools, drafts material requisitions for
replenishment including changes in stock levels or materials used
depending on equipment performance.
e) Must be well conversant with the functions of other bodies / entities of public
sector like NTDC, DISCOs, NEPRA, CPPA-G, IRSA etc.
f) Must be familiar with the Market Schedule Rates (MRS Rates) of all
Districts of Punjab and HSE practices.

Qualification 1. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one of the following
qualifications;
Member of a Recognized Body of Professional Accountants; or

A person holding a master’s degree in finance from a university recognized
by the Higher Education Commission.
